How to Create a Faux Sidebar in Squarespace

Happy New Year, Friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and NewYear. I know my children and I had a fantastic time visiting my mom and the rest of my family.

So back at it! I love Squarespace, like I really do. One of the things I did not like, though, was not being able to have a functioning sidebar with the template that I like.  Right now, I am using the "Fulton" template, and I absolutely loved it. But I wanted a sidebar for my blog.  At first, I thought I was going to have to settle without having a sidebar or stick to the template I previously had. But as a designer, I hate being limited.  One of my friends, Alisha from TheAlishaNicole.com, wanted to change up her site on Squarespace, but she really wanted a sidebar for her blog page. So, I was like, "Hey...maybe you can make a a faux/fake sidebar!" I think that is how the conversation went, ha.  So I created a tutorial, a video tutorial, on how you can create a a fake sidebar for your Squarespace blog!

What will you need to do create a fake sidebar in squarespace?
